Refund policy

We want you to love your Semplici order. If something isn't right, email us at support@semplicimalta.com and we'll help.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To cancel, email support@semplicimalta.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you don't have to.

Opened skincare

For health protection and hygiene reasons, skincare that has been unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned unless it is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Please only open a jar once you're sure you want to keep it.

Sending items back

After you tell us you're cancelling, please send the unopened items back within 14 days. Email us first and we'll tell you where to send them. Unless the items arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, the cost of returning them is yours.

Your refund

We'll refund the amount you paid, including any delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation. We may wait until the items are back with us, or until you show us proof that you've sent them, whichever happens first. Card payments are refunded to the original card. If you paid cash on delivery, we'll refund you by bank transfer.

If you bought a multi-jar offer and return only some of the jars, we'll refund what you paid per jar under that offer. For example, with Buy 2, Get 1 FREE (3 jars for €59.98) each jar counts as €19.99.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email support@semplicimalta.com with your order number and a photo and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. This doesn't affect your legal rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
